Position: Sales Assistant (Customer Service)
Department: Marketing & Sales (Commercial)
Hierarchical position: Commercial Manager

To perform complementary and administrative tasks with competence and punctuality. To support the Sales Manager in the management of the customer portfolio and to acquire and develop potential customers.

Responsabilities
Collaborate in the management of the client portfolio and business development on the local and international market
Collecting, recording, imputing and interpreting data
Carrying out operations functional to the sector of belonging
Duties and responsibilities
To know the company and group objectives and policies
Apply company procedures such as: Recording customer orders, Managing order confirmations, Drawing up and filing offers
Collaborating with the Sales Manager to achieve departmental objectives and customer satisfaction, with support for customers in the post-order phase
Collecting sales data (orders and turnover) and producing periodic reports to monitor market trends, sales and delivery punctuality (Delivery Performance)
Collecting data to monitor customer overdrafts and the correct management of commissions
Managing autonomously or jointly with the direct supervisor the correspondence of the Sales department with customers, distributors and suppliers, as well as their reception if they visit
Managing secretarial activities for the Sales Department (organising trips, booking hotels, flights, car rentals, managing visas, etc.)
Supporting in the management of the company website
Implementing precise and functional management of the commercial and marketing archives (photos, catalogues, brochures, etc.)
Participate in the operational organisation of trade fairs
Participating in the production of product brochures and other communication material
